Once application is submitted, the Tribunal will list the matter for directions hearing. In the direction’s hearings, the parties will present their case and discuss the timetable how to progress the matter.

Once the parties comply with the Tribunal timetable, the matter will be listed for Conciliation Conference (CC).

If parties are unable to reach an agreement during the CC, the AAT will list the matter for the hearing.
